“I get a lot of requests for golf cart cables from guys who have installed larger motors and extra batteries on their golf carts. Before I started this business, I didn’t even know people “hot-rodded” their golf carts – I learn something new every day…..
Most golf carts come with #6 or #4 from the factory. The aftermarket guys will sell you a #4 cable with standard ends then tell you to feel them to make sure they aren’t getting hot….really??!! That’s not the way we do things around here. I suggest #2. The price difference between #4 and #2 is only about 80 cents per foot. For the small increase in price, you will have a much heavier duty cable.
All cables come with heavy-duty lugs with 5/16 bolts. If you need a different end, use our custom order page.
