Thank you for ordering from CustomBatteryCables.com!  We build cables on the weekend and ship on Monday. I try to ship all orders within one week but sometimes it takes 2 weeks.  The average is about 10 days.

Parts and some cables (it will say on the web page if the cables are pre-made and in stock) will usually ship in 1 to 2 days

You will NOT get an email confirming your order.  I hope to create an automated email response but for now it's all done by hand and time answering emails is time I don't spend actually building cables.

We usually ship item via USPS priority mail.  If you prefer UPS please email me right away.  You should receive an email when your item ships.
