Paid orders have priority so I'm chronically behind answering emails.  Please don't start calling me because I haven't promptly answered your email.  I apologize for the slow email response.  Maybe someday I'll get more help and the situation will improve but for now, please be patient. 

Some folks call me to ask if they can ship their old cables to me so I can use the existing cables as a pattern.  Sure, send them to the address below using USPS mail (NOT UPS).  A medium flat rate box will probably be the cheapest way to go if you live anywhere east of Texas.   Include instructions ("duplicate as close as possible" or "build one size larger", etc).  Include contact info so I can email you with price.  There is a $10 charge for measuring your old cables. Sorry but after a few of these, I learned that it is time consuming and messy work (the cables I get always seem to be covered in grease).  I added the $10 fee to encourage people to measure their cables themselves.

PayPal:

When you make a credit card purchase with PayPal, they will charge your credit card at time of purchase.  I have NO control over that.  Please do NOT file a paypal dispute because your card was charged but you didn't get cables in a couple days.   Once a PayPal dispute is filed it becomes more difficult and expensive to ship your item because the PayPal shipping shuts down.   PLEASE CALL ME FIRST.

Please use email when possible. Please put a meaningful subject on the subject line!  Due to the large amount of SPAM, I delete emails that don't have meaningful subject lines.

Custom Battery Cables is a part time business and I have a full time day job.  I WILL NOT quote battery cable prices or take orders while I'm at my day job (8-5 AZ time).  Prices are based on wire type, length, gauge and types of ends needed.  To repeat myself I will NOT quote retail prices over the phone.

I got rid of the FAX machine to save money.  I got more junk FAXes than genuine ones anyway so it's not much of a loss.  With the cost of the extra phone line and FAX supplies I was probably paying $10 per legitimate FAX.  Don't complain to me; blame the telemarketers sending junk FAXes.
